Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@shopzayeandwrenco.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
