Southern Belle Ruffle Kimono

This is a sheer open-front duster or kimono-style cardigan. It features a very lightweight, translucent fabric that drapes loosely. The defining characteristic is the abundant ruffling; ruffles cascade down the entire length of the open front edges, from the neckline to the hem. Or it could wear as caftan or beach cover-up dress. It has a V-neckline and a cascade of ruffles running down the center front. The sleeves are long and wide, also featuring ruffles at the cuffs and possibly along the sleeve length. The fabric is very lightweight and translucent.
